The products are sent to the buyer via La Poste’s Colissimo service with signature required. The buyer will receive a tracking number in the shipping confirmation email. Delivery will be made in person. If the buyer is not present at the time of delivery, they can retrieve the product from their local post office during a period specified by the postal services. To do so, they will need to present a delivery notice and a valid form of identification.

If the parcel is not collected within 15 days, it will be returned to the seller. In this case, the seller can arrange for a new shipment, and the associated costs will be borne by the buyer.

After order confirmation, the parcel will be handed over to La Poste within a maximum of 3 working days and will be sent to the address provided by the buyer during the payment process. If this shipping timeline cannot be met (especially due to holidays or unforeseen events), the buyer will be notified.

Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and are non-binding. In the event of a delivery delay exceeding 15 days, the buyer must contact the seller so that the seller can provide assistance (although their ability to intervene is limited once the parcel has been handed over to La Poste).

It is the buyer’s responsibility to check the condition of the packaging and the products, as well as the quantity of products, upon receipt or upon collection from the post office. This verification is considered to be completed once the buyer, or an authorized person on their behalf, has signed the delivery receipt or any equivalent document. If the parcel is damaged, the buyer must refuse the parcel.

For shipments outside of France, the national postal service takes over the parcel once it has arrived within the respective territory.
